Budislav is a village and municipality (obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8.05 square kilometres (3.11 sq mi), and has a population of 427 (as at 28 August 2006).
Budislav lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) west of Svitavy, 39 km (24 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 130 km (81 mi) east of Prague.
