Budhial is a village and union council of Chakwal District in the Punjab Province of Pakistan.[1] Budhial village is located about 25 kilometres from Talagang.[2]

A book named Tareekh-e-Budhial (History of Budhial) has been written by Muhammad Ghaus on the history of village Budhial and the different clans of the Awans living in it. Almost 95% of the people living in Budhial are Awan. Other villages near Budhial are Patwali, Singwala, Misrial and Tamman. Budhial has an elementary school for boys, a high school for girls, a madrassah for boys and a madrassah for girls where girls and boys from different nearby villages are getting education.

The village is the hometown of Captain Muhammad Nawaz two times Asian Champion in javelin throw and A Pride of Performance Award Winner. A gate of Liaquat Gymnasium Islamabad has been named after him as Nawaz Gate.
