Buġibba [pronounced bu-jibb-buh] is a small town in Malta, situated adjacent to Qawra and forming part of the local council of St. Paul's Bay. With numerous hotels, restaurants, pubs, clubs, and a casino, it is a popular resort among tourists.

Buġibba's sea front is very popular with foreigners, especially students who come to learn English. Bugibba Main Square is the main highlight of this town with the bustling array of nightclubs, bars and restaurants. The Main Square is located along the seaside promenade.[1]

Bugibba is a thriving place in the summer with banana boat rides, pubs showing FIFA World Cup, UEFA Euro and UEFA Champions League Final football, and an all round great destination.

Bugibba is a summer residence for the President of Malta, George Abela, and Ex-Prime Minister Dr. Edward Fenech Adami.[citation needed]
