Bruce Lee is a 1995-1996 6-issue mini-series serialized comic book, written by Mike Baron, illustrated by Val Mayerik, and published by Malibu Comics about a "fictional" Bruce Lee character striving his way through gangs and building a movie career.
Reception
The comic has been praised by Bruce Lee fans for being the "only" Bruce Lee comic book in North America and is one of the most valuable Bruce Lee media for fans and comic readers.
The titular Bruce Lee character ranked #1 in the top 10 Baddest-Baddasses on the Website ComicVine.
Trivia
Writer Mike Baron previously wrote three comic books for NOW comics of the Green Hornet about Lee's Kato in the 1966 TV show. Val Mayerik drew the Second Kato Miniseries.
