American recording artist Britney Spears has released nine video albums and has appeared in 37 music videos. Spears ranked fourth in VH1's 50 Greatest Women of the Video Era list, ahead of most of her contemporaries and behind only Madonna, Janet Jackson and Whitney Houston.[1]
