Brit Patterson was an American football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at North Carolina College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts, now North Carolina State University, in 1916 and at Waynesburg University in 1924, compiling a career college football record of 9–7–1. Patterson played college football at Washington & Jefferson College.
