Club career
Despite starting as a central midfielder, Saah was converted to a central defender and won praise for his displays deputising for first team regulars John Mackie and Gabriel Zakuani during the 2005–06 season.

In May 2010, Saah was selected for the England C squad to play in the opening International Challenge Trophy game with the Republic of Ireland.[4] Later that month Saah signed a two-year extension with Cambridge United to keep him at the club until July 2012.[5]
On 1 July 2011, Saah signed with League Two side Torquay United, reuniting him with previous manager Martin Ling.[6]
Following the 2012/13 season, Saah rejected a new contract with Torquay.
On 21 July 2013, he signed for League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge on a two-year contract for a free transfer.[7]
International career
Saah played for England C in a 2–2 draw with the Wales Semi-Pro team on 14 September 2010.[8]
