Bernard Brian O'Rourke (1873–date of death unknown) was an Irish politician and company director. He was a Cumann na nGaedheal member of the Free State Seanad Éireann from 1922 to 1936.[1] He was first elected to the Seanad in 1922 for 9 years and was re-elected in 1931 for 9 years.[1] He served until the Free State Seanad was abolished in 1936. He was elected to the 2nd Seanad Éireann as a Fine Gael member in April 1938 by the Industrial and Commercial Panel.[1] He was defeated at the Seanad election in August 1938.
