Brian L. Clem is a Democratic member of the Oregon House of Representatives, representing District 21 (largely centered on Salem, Oregon). He was first elected in 2006. On July 6, 2009, Clem told the Oregonian newspaper that he was considering a run for Governor of Oregon in 2010.[1]
