Brezovica pri Medvodah (German: Bresowitz)[2] is a small settlement in the Municipality of Medvode in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia.[3]

Name

The name of the settlement was changed from Brezovica to Brezovica pri Medvodah in 1953.[4] In the 19th century the German name was Bresowitz.[2]

Church

St. James's Church

The local church, built on a hill above the village, is dedicated to Saint James.[5]
