Brezje ob Slomu is a small settlement in the Municipality of Šentjur in eastern Slovenia. The area is part of the historical Styria region. The municipality is now included in the Savinja statistical region.[2]
The railway line from Celje to Maribor runs along the eastern edge of the settlement.
