Brestovăț (German: Brestowatz; Hungarian: Aga, and Bresztovác prior to 1892; and called Brusturi during 1924-25) is a commune in Timiş County, Banat, Romania.
Brestovăț first appears in written history as Breztolcz in 1440. From 1723–25 it was known as Preztovaz. It is composed of five villages: Brestovăț, Coșarii, Hodoș (Hungarian: Temeshódos), Lucareț and Teș.
