Brťov-Jeneč is a village and municipality (obec) in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.45 square kilometres (2.88 sq mi), and has a population of 341 (as at 28 August 2006).
Brťov-Jeneč lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Blansko, 26 km (16 mi) north of Brno, and 168 km (104 mi) south-east of Prague.
