Brănişca (Hungarian: Branyicska) is a commune in Hunedoara County, Romania. It is composed of nine villages: Bărăştii Iliei (Baresd), Boz (Bóz), Brănişca, Căbeşti (Kabesd), Furcşoara (Furksora), Gialacuta (Gyálakuta), Rovina (Bikótelep), Târnava (Tirnáva) and Târnăviţa (Tirnavica).
