Boyer is an unincorporated community in Pocahontas County, West Virginia, United States. Boyer is located on West Virginia Route 28 and West Virginia Route 92 4 miles (6.4 km) south-southeast of Durbin. The First Lady of West Virginia, Opal Wilcox Barron (1961-1965) was born here on 19 September 1914.
