In Greek mythology, Borysthenis (Βορυσθενίς) was one of the three Muses that were daughters of Apollo. Her sisters were Apollonis and Cephisso.

She was daughter of the Borysthenes, god of the Dneper River in Scythian, modern Ukraine.[1]
