Boluwaduro is a Local Government Area in Osun State, Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Otan Aiyegbaju (or Otan, or Ota) at7°57′00″N 4°48′00″E / 7.95000°N 4.80000°E / 7.95000; 4.80000.

It has an area of 144 km² and a population of 70,775 at the 2006 census.
