Bokkura (Dhivehi: ބޮއްކުރާ) is the smallest sailing vessel used in Maldives. It has slight similarities to a Dhoni, but is smaller in size, holding just two or three individuals,[1] and without lateen sails. The Bokkura are often used to travel between shore and the anchored Dhoni especially before there were any jettys on the Maldives.[2]
