Boisset Family Estates

Boisset Family Estates is the US office of family-owned Boisset, La Famille des Grands Vins, France's third largest wine group, and Burgundy's largest wine producer.[1] A family-owned producer and importer of wines from France, California, Italy and Canada, Boisset Family Estates is one of the United State's Top 25 wine producers.[2]

Boisset Family Estates is led by Jean-Charles Boisset, who is also Vice President of Boisset, La Famille des Grands Vins.[3] Decanter magazine has recognized Jean-Charles #24 among its "Power List" of the most influential people in the world of wine.[4]

Jean-Charles Boisset, who is featured in the 2004 documentary Mondovino,[5] is married to Gina Gallo,[6][6][7] granddaughter of Julio Gallo of E & J Gallo Winery, America’s largest winery, and the world's second-biggest wine company after Constellation In 2008 Dan Aykroyd joined a winemaking partnership with De Loach Vineyards and its owners, the Burgundy-based Boisset Family.[8]
