Bodyrock

"Bodyrock" is a song by American electronica musician Moby, released as the third single from his 1999 studio album Play. The single peaked at number 38 on the UK Singles Chart.^{[citation needed]} The song features a sample of the song "Love Rap" by Spoonie Gee, featuring the Treacherous Three, and additional vocals from Def Jam recording artist Nikki D.

Music videos

There are three music videos for "Bodyrock".

The "U.K. version" (directed by Fredrik Bond) features a man frenetically dancing in an urban setting as Moby looks on. During the video, Moby acts as an effects man, turning on a wind machine and later a flame bar, accidentally blowing up a nearby car. An alternate cut of the video was later released, featuring audition footage of dancers (supposedly auditioning for the video). This video can be seen two ways: one with only the dancers, and one intercutting to Moby.

The U.S. video, directed by Steve Carr, has Moby wearing special sunglasses that allows him to see dancers wherever he goes. Run-D.M.C. makes an appearance in the video.
