Boczki [ˈbɔt͡ʂki] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kocierzew Południowy, within Łowicz County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south of Kocierzew Południowy, 10 km (6 mi) north-east of Łowicz, and 57 km (35 mi) north-east of the regional capital Łódź.
The village has a population of 347.
