Boczów [ˈbɔt͡ʂuf] (formerly German Bottschow) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Torzym, within Sulęcin County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) west of Torzym, 19 km (12 mi) south-west of Sulęcin, 50 km (31 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 58 km (36 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has a population of 700.
