Robert Paul McGill (born April 27, 1962 in Edmonton, Alberta) is a retired Canadian ice hockey defenceman.
McGill started his National Hockey League career with the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1982. He also played for the Chicago Black Hawks, San Jose Sharks, Detroit Red Wings, New York Islanders, and Hartford Whalers. He left the NHL after the 1994 season.
McGill is currently an analyst with Leafs TV, a popular media outlet in the Greater Toronto Area following the Toronto Maple Leafs and their AHL affiliate the Toronto Marlies. McGill also serves as the colour analyst for the Marlies on their radio broadcasts on the AM 640 Toronto.
