The Blue-winged Racket-tail, Palette Des Sulu, or Lorito-momoto De Las Sulu (Prioniturus verticalis) is a species of parrot in the Psittaculidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical mangrove forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
