Blatno is a village and municipality (obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 22.35 square kilometres (8.63 sq mi), and has a population of 539 (as at 28 August 2006).

Blatno lies approximately 41 kilometres (25 mi) south-west of Louny, 78 km (48 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 74 km (46 mi) west of Prague.
