Blaine is an unincorporated community in northern Pease Township, Belmont County, Ohio, United States, along Wheeling Creek.^[1] Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 43909.^[2]

Blaine is part of the Wheeling, WV-OH Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Baseball Hall of Fame pitcher Phil Niekro is a native of Blaine.
