Blackout is a 2007 American television film that takes place in New York City during the Northeast Blackout of 2003. Written and directed by Jerry LaMothe, it stars Jeffrey Wright, Zoe Saldana, Prodigy of Mobb Deep Michael B. Jordan, and LaTanya Richardson. The film premiered at the 2007 Zurich Film Festival.[1] It debuted on BET on February 1, 2008.[2] It was released to DVD on February 4, 2008.
