Black Cherry is the second concert tour from British band Goldfrapp in support of their second studio album, Black Cherry, released in April 2003. This tour was the groups first in North America with 13 dates announced in July 2003.[1]
Development
The tour was announced in early February 2003, prior to the release of their second album by their record company Mute Records
Show
Goldfrapp open this tour with a simply walk onto the stage with a back drop of sparkly lights and use of various lighting effects throughout the show. With 3 warm up gigs in March starting at The Junction testing the new material.[2]
