The Black-headed Greenfinch (Carduelis ambigua) is a species of finch in the Fringillidae family. It is found in China, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests and subtropical or tropical dry shrubland.
