Biskupice is a village and municipality (obec) in Zlín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.96 square kilometres (2.30 sq mi), and has a population of 777 (as at 28 August 2006).
Biskupice lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) south of Zlín and 263 km (163 mi) south-east of Prague.
