Biskupice-Pulkov (German: Biskupitz-Pulkau) is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 11.84 square kilometres (4.57 sq mi), and has a population of 299 (as at 2003).
Biskupice-Pulkov lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) south-east of Třebíč, 51 km (32 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 164 km (102 mi) south-east of Prague.
