The Birla Public School now known as Vidya Niketan is a private boarding school located in Pilani, Rajasthan, India. This school was founded by Birla educational trust in 1944 as a Montessori school under the guidance of Dr. Maria Montessori, then it was known as Shishu Mandir. BPS was ranked 6th top resedential school of India, by leading magazine Education World.
Alumni
The alumni of the school include General Vijay Kumar Singh the chief of the Indian army, and Vinod Rai, Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
