Bieniasze [bjɛˈɲaʂɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sidra, within Sokółka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Sidra, 17 km (11 mi) north of Sokółka, and 54 km (34 mi) north-east of the regional capital Białystok.
