Bielica [bjɛˈlit͡sa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Godkowo, within Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) west of Godkowo, 25 km (16 mi) east of Elbląg, and 58 km (36 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
