Bielawa Górna [bjɛˈlava ˈɡurna] (German: Ober Bielau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pieńsk, within Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the German border.[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Pieńsk, 15 kilometres (9 mi) east of Zgorzelec, and 129 kilometres (80 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
