The village of Bezhanovo is a very quiet village most of the young inhabitants have left the village leaving the old there. And as the old are gradually dyeing off the young people who have the property left to them are selling them off or letting them decay and collapse. The Village is not very large it consists of one small shop with about 500 sole inhabitants. There some foreign people buying up property and either refurbishing the houses or redeveloping them Because of the location to the beaches and it is the closest village that has any properties for sale and is near to Durankulak and the border to Romania. There mixture of Polish and German and English people are buying up the empty houses. Here is an example of one of the quaint little house please look at the link provided
