Berwick Middle School is a 9 to 13 middle deemed secondary school in Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland. By 2004 there were approximately 420 pupils making it the largest middle school in Berwick. During this period the Head teacher was Jack Thompson and the deputy head Paul Arnold. In 2006 Paul Arnold retired and in September 2007 the Headteacher Jack Thompson also retired. In March 2008 the school was judged by Ofsted to be a good school with outstanding features.
