Bertram Phillips

Bertram Phillips was a British film director of the silent era.[1] In 1928-29, he directed several short films in the DeForest Phonofilm sound-on-film process, including Ag and Bert, The Percival Mackey Trio, Arthur Roberts Sings "Topsey-Turvey", and The New Paris Lido Club Band.
