Berlingske Media (formerly Det Berlingske Officin A/S)[1] is a Danish media company that owns a large number of newspapers, in addition to websites and national and local radio stations.

In 2000-2006, the company had been owned by the Orkla Group, a Norwegian conglomerate which purchased 76% of Det Berlingske Officin publishing group' stock for €209-million.[2]

In 2006, Orkla sold its multi-national publishing and media holdings, including Det Berlingske Officin, to the British company Mecom Group for €900 million.[2]

The company name was changed name to "Berlingske Media" to reflect its focus on websites.[3]
