Beriu (Hungarian: Berény) is a commune in Hunedoara County, Romania. It is composed of eight villages: Beriu, Căstău (Kasztó), Cucuiş (Kukuis), Măgureni (Magureny), Orăştioara de Jos (Alsóvárosvíz), Poieni (Pojénytanya), Sereca (Szereka) and Sibişel (Ósebeshely).
