Bergpartei, die "ÜberPartei"  pronunciation  is an anarchist, dadaist party in Berlin (Germany).

Its know for the holding of a vegetable battle between two rival districts of Berlin[1] and the Video activist filmfestival nodogma.[2][3]

Its been found at the 1st of April 2011 by a fusion of two grassroot squatter parties.[4]

The parties chairholder is Jan Theiler.

In Berlin elections 2011, the party gained 0,9 % in the "alternative" destrict Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg (including 3,2% in the former sqauts area "Wahlkreis 5"[5]) and 0,4% in national elections, held in 2013, in the same district.[6]
