Berber Arabic alphabet
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Berber Arabic alphabet is an Arabic alphabet used to write various Berber languages.
Berber languages were occasionally written in the Arabic script in the Middle Ages. Nowadays it is still used, particularly in Morocco and among the Tuareg, though it has been largely displaced by the Berber Latin alphabet in Algeria,[1] and the Tifinagh alphabet in Morocco.[2]
