Benjamin "Captain Kirk" Hardy (born 21 September 1974 in Sydney) is an Australian professional volleyballer. He plays as outside hitter. Before coming to Jastrzębski Węgiel, Hardy played for 5 teams in Italy, 2 in Germany (a.o. Evivo Düren) and Knack Roeselare in Belgium.

Since 2008, Hardy plays for Jastrzębski Węgiel in Poland
