Bendigo is a railway station in Bendigo on the Bendigo line in Victoria, Australia. Bendigo is the junction for the Echuca and Swan Hill railway lines.

The station was rebuilt after being destroyed by fire 24 December 1965.[1]

Golden Square railway station is currently not in use and is located between Bendigo and Kangaroo Flat stations.

Closed stations on the Echuca line, between Bendigo and Elmore, were Epsom, Huntly, Bagshot, Wellsford, Goornong and Avonmore.

Location

Bendigo Railway Station is on Railway Place (off Mitchell Street); it is next to the Discovery Centre and The Bendigo Marketplace.
