Ben Schiffer

Ben Schiffer (born 12 July 1983 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands) is a television writer and playwright. He was one of the main writers of the UK teen drama Skins.
Early life and education
Schiffer read English and History at Trinity College, Dublin, graduating with a First-Class Honours B.A. in 2006.
Career
Schiffer is represented by Josh Varney of 42.
Television work
Schiffer has written for Hot or Not (2006), Brief Encounters (2006), Skins series 1 to 4 (2007-9), and Spooks: Code 9 (2008).
Theatre
Schiffer wrote his first play, Paper Tigers, whilst still at university; the play ran to sell-out crowds at the Edinburgh Fringe.
He has collaboratively written 50 Ways to Leave Your Lover with four other young playwrights.
