Belichiy Island

Belichiy is the small, elongated island to the south of Bolshoy Shantar (on the right)

Belichiy Island (Russian: Ostrov Belichiy) is a small, narrow island in the northwestern Sea of Okhotsk, one of the Shantar Islands. It is separated from Bolshoy Shantar Island to the north by Proliv Severo-Vostochnyy, from Malyy Shantar Island to the west by Proliv Opasnyy, and from the mainland to the south by Proliv Lindgol’ma. To its east lies Akademii Bay.
