Belforte Monferrato is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 km southeast of Turin and about 30 km south of Alessandria.
It is home to a castle, built in the 15th-17th centuries around a 12th-century tower of the Republic of Genoa.
