Bekasi Regency is a regency (kabupaten) of West Java Province, Indonesia. The capital city is Cikarang. It is bordered by DKI Jakarta and Bekasi Municipality to the east, by Bogor Regency to the south, and by Karawang Regency to the east.
It has an area of 1,484.37 km2 and 2,642,578 people[1] at the 2010 Census, with a density of 1,780 people/km2.
