Bayerngas Norge is an independent international oil and gas company based in Norway.
Overview
The company was established in 2006 by Bayerngas GmbH and its partners. Bayerngas GmbH has a controlling stake of 53.7%. Stadtwerke München holds 31.3%, Swissgas 10% and TIGAS-Erdgas Tirol 5%.
The company has several dozens licences in projects throughout the North Sea.[2]
