Basicò is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, located about 150 km east of Palermo and about 45 km southwest of Messina. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 730 and an area of 12.0 km².[1]
Basicò borders the following municipalities: Montalbano Elicona, Tripi.
